Private equity firm Bridgepoint has signed a deal to acquire MyDentist, the U.K.'s biggest provider of NHS dental services, for £800m ($1.06bn). MyDentist operates from about 600 practices across the U.K., and has been owned by Palamon Capital Partners since 2021. The company was previously owned by Carlyle, another major global private equity investor.
